Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the items.
Conditions for returns:

The order must include all original parts, components, and packaging, exactly as received.

Products must show only normal handling. Items damaged due to careless use are not eligible.

Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

The item must be reported defective immediately upon receipt.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns are processed within 7 working days and officially acknowledged within this timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe an item has been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How to Return Your Order
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

We will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send returns to the sender’s address.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing for non-commercial purposes, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you (or a third party, excluding the carrier) received the last item.

As orders are processed and shipped automatically, cancellation before shipment is not possible.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at support@ameliecolette-boutique.com with a clear statement of your decision.

The withdrawal becomes effective once we have received the goods. Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

If goods are in transit from our warehouse, cancellation is not possible until you have received the items. You may notify us in advance of your intention to cancel.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless the delivery was faulty or delayed by our error).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving both your cancellation notice and the returned goods.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for processing refunds.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse (address provided upon approval of return request).
